e-Gift Card FAQs
If I buy a gift voucher online in the UK and send it to my sister in NZ can it be redeemed in an NZ store?
No, the gift card can only be redeemed in the country of purchase. But if you pop onto the NZ website and purchase an e-Gift Card there (with an amount in NZ$), it will be valid in NZ and your sister can use it in any NZ store or online.
Is it possible to choose the amount I’m gifting?
Yes, you can choose from a number of amounts in the drop down menu or simply select “Other amount” and then put in the amount you want to gift.
Can I send the e-Gift Card to my own email and then gift it to my friend later?
The e-Gift Card will be sent to the email address you add as the “Recipients Email”. You can of course add your own email address here and then add your friends name as the “Recipient Name”. This way their name will be written on the gift card but you will receive the email and can pass it on to your friend as a print out or forward the email on their special day.
How will the e-Gift Card look?
How can I check the balance of my physical gift card? There is no mention under the help section of website.

Does my e-Gift Card expire?
No, we have no expiration date on any e-Gift Cards.
Can I get a refund on my gift card?
An e-Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. E-Gift Cards can be redeemed in full or for part of a payment, the unredeemed amount will remain on the e-Gift Card and can be used for a later purchase. An e-Gift Card should be treated like cash.
