Rated 5 out of 5 by OldDude52 from Light weight, packable. I bought these recently to replace old but very heavy rain pants. Way more features, light and perfect to put in the pack for a day walk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by capt col from great product I walk my dog early every morning, whatever the weather, and they've kept me dry even in heavy rain. I walk about 40 or 50 minutes. I took them with me down to Ohakune last week and they were fine in the snow with layers under.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Martal from Very comfortable Bought this for ease of wearing and urinating as I am a paraplegic. It has a fly zipper which one does't find too often on raingear. Great comfort along with waterproofing as I am also farming in the elements.

Hi I’m after a jacket and pants I ride a Postie bike around in heavy rain for up to 5hrs a day what would you recommend
The waterproof rating of these pants are 15,000mm. These may be suitable as they are light and suitable for light rain and drizzle however we would recommend a pant with gore-tex in it as this has a higher waterproof rating than non gore-tex pants if you are biking around in heavy rain all day.

Its like for spend 3 or 4 hrs under rain or in this case is better a gore tex technology?
I would recommend a pant with gore-tex in it as this has a higher waterproof rating than non gore-tex pants. It does depend a lot on the conditions of the rain including how heavy, any prolonged soaking in water etc.
