"I bought this pack for my 10 year old son to go on a short hike and overnight in a hut. The women’s frame size was a good fit. Capacity 38L was big enough for down sleeping bag and overnight clothing essentials and one dinner and breakfast. Probably wouldn’t be big enough for a multi day trip though."

- We don't provide a torso size for the fit or a a max carry weight, these are not measured/tested. There are loops and attachment points on the outside of the pack to attach various things as needed and how they attach would depend on their size.
