With the measuring tape vertically, measure from crotch to the bottom of your leg.

Good for cycling

"Generally sun stoppers have the tendency not to breathe very well. This one is different. I have used it for high intensity activities (cycling and hiking) and it actually circulates the air really well. In addition the hood design is just spot on; it provides the necessary coverage without relying on side strips to tighten up. Really happy with this purchase. As a matter of fact, I also got the grey version after :)"
