A Woolworths reusable bag is better.
"Who ever designed this bag needs to be forced to use it themselves. It is useless. Handles are too small. If you pack the bag fully you almost have to carry the bag with two hands, one handle in each hand. Yes there is a strap, but why have the handles if you can't use them properly. If bag is half full it folds in half and the middle of the bag pops out to the side which then makes carrying it by the strap impossible. I bought it online, thinking it is simply a bag that I could use for gym. . . . Buyer beware."

I love the new fabric (don't think I'll be able to chuck it in the wash like it's predecessor) but it can handle the southland weather, it gets used as a gym bag every day, and is cheaper than the Yeti or Patagonia equivalent"

- As this bag is not waterproof, do you stock a suitable waterproof cover that could be used with it?
- No we don't, we do have backpack rain covers. But this bag is water repellent.
- Is this duffle bag machine washable?
- The washing instructions are, brush off any loose dirt, spot clean with cold water, use mild detergent, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, air dry out of direct sunlight, store in a cool dry place and do not store wet.

- No it's not waterproof.
- Are the 35 l duffle bags cabin size so they can be used as carry on luggage?
- They're not designed specifically as carry on luggage so you'd be best to check with who you're flying with if the dimensions-L 48 cm x W 28 cm x D 28 cm- meet their requirements for carry on.
