"This bad needs proper sturdy handles on both sides, instead it had a flimsy handle on one side, to far too the back. Have just traveled with this bag and everything we had to lift it, move it, it was awkward. We've had a few of this type of bag over the years, this one is lacking in usability."

"Ours are 16 years old and still going strong! They’ve been used a lot, stretched to capacity at times and we’ve had no issues with them at all. The wheels are great, zips are still perfect. "Compared to the previous model that I owned, the quality of the bag has dropped significantly. Harness, handles, and overall construction have all been downgraded. Straps of harness are flimsy and less padded. One side handle has been removed and instead of the handles being sturdy and padded, they’re now just a strap of nylon. Metal bar on base has been replaced by a flimsy plastic one that will almost certainly break with time. Quality has been sacrificed to save money on construction."

- No sorry, these straps can't be removed
- Where can I purchase replacement wheels for these please?
- These are available to purchase off our website. They are currently out of stock, however I believe some have just landed, so once they have been distributed they will show available on the website again.
- When will these be back in stock? I have a Europe trip coming up early July and hoping to purchase these for it.
- I think we are expecting these mid august. I would suggest investigating with your local store to see whether they can track one down for you.
