Dear Customer,
Kathmandu has identified a potential problem with the with the Hybrid Trolley wheel assembly and is taking remedial action.
Problem
Incorrect spindle nut fitted on the wheel assembly - eventually allowing the trolley wheels to work loose.
What to do
Please return your Hybrid Trolley to your nearest Kathmandu store where replacement parts will be supplied and fitted, or alternatively call Customer Service to organise replacement parts directly.
