We are committed to complying with all obligations under consumer law. Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your Kathmandu product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws, including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you change your mind about your purchase, please read our Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges Policy below.
For most items, if you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item or exchange it (subject to stock availability). This applies to sale, clearance and full-priced items but excludes underwear for hygiene reasons, goods sold as ‘seconds’ or gift vouchers and e-gift cards.
Goods must be returned in original condition and in original packaging, with tags attached, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date, or within 14 days for clearance items.
If you purchased an item through one of our wholesale partners, such as Go Outdoors, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product to discuss your return or exchange options.
Change of mind for online purchases
If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you can receive a full refund of the product price (any delivery charges will not be refunded) or we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability). We will provide a refund on online orders in the same form as your original payment.
Please note online purchases can only be returned by post. We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee. For further information about the terms and conditions of sale applicable to online purchases, and your rights of cancellation, please refer to our Online Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Change of mind for UK Kathmandu in-store purchases
If you change your mind on an item purchased in our Kathmandu Kensington store, you can exchange this for another item (subject to stock availability) or receive a Kathmandu Credit Voucher to the value of the purchased goods.
All returns of goods purchased in-store can be made in person at our Kathmandu Kensington store or the item can be sent via post following the process described under Returning an Item by Post. Items purchased at a Kathmandu store outside of the UK must be returned within the country in which the item was purchased.
