Customer Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple design excellent materials I bought this bag about a month ago and happen to use it daily as a baby nappy bag. I trust Kathmandu as a brand and really appreciate their commitment to using recycled materials. I prefer not to carry too many items, and so specifically chose a bag with a mass of 16L. This will give enough space to pack at least 3 books, colouring in pencils, 3 nappies, a change pad, wipes, a change of clothes, 2 large medicine bottles a water bottle, plus a few other miscellaneous items, with some room to spare. The straps are padded and very comfortable although if they sit directly on your skin it can be a bit abrasive. The only negative comment I would make is that the interior back pad has an offensive scent which hopefully with time will fade. A great unisex bag with a beautiful minimalist design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lightweight day bag I have been using this bag pretty much everyday for the last 8 months and it has shown little sign of material degradation. The seams are holding up well, the zips still work perfectly and this small 16L bag can hold a decent amount of stuff inside. I usually use it for uni and so will take my laptop, 750mL water bottle, lunch, work books, and it can still fit an extra lightweight jacket if I feel the need. I usually pair it up with the waterproof bag cover for some extra protection on the particularly wet and windy days and it works great!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great size and comfortable to wear. This bag is great, I love the size, the recycled material and the padded pocket at the back for my laptop. My only issue is that where the straps join into the top of the bag is a weak point. The straps are attached with a piece of webbing tape and the seams on this are weak. My straps tore off after a couple of weeks of using this bag while travelling. Kathmandu have replaced the bag for me and I’m hoping this one will last a lot longer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light weight and practical. The bag is light weight, useful for packing jumpers and books with young children while traveling. Love the fact that it isn't bulky and heavy. I wish it would have a pocket to hold a water bottle. Overall it is a good bag.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bag breaking after 3.5 months I purchased this bag 3.5 months ago but the stitching is coming apart on the straps at the shoulder. Contacted Kathmandu through website over website with no response and now trying Messenger on facebook. Bag is only used to hold a paperback (300 odd pages), 750ml water bottle and a 1L lunchbox so didn’t expect it to break so soon when it’s not even full!
