The sleeves are a normal fit on this jacket, with enough room for a long sleeve baselayer, but not another jacket underneath.

No this jacket isn't padded, the warmth from this jacket comes from the fleece material itself - it is a great mid layer option.

Looks good, decent comfort, minor warmthI bought this a couple of weeks ago and really like the feel of the cloth material. I thought it would be a bit warm and fleecey too but it isn't. It doesn't protect against any cold but I think it looks great.
