TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Your Summit Club membership is valid for one year from date of purchase.
• Summit Club cards are non-transferable and remain the property of Kathmandu.
• Summit Club discounts only apply to full-priced items and are not available in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
• No Summit Club discounts are given on purchase of gift vouchers.
• Kathmandu may amend the benefits and discounts available from time to time.
• Kathmandu will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to email and the Kathmandu website.
• This article promotes Summit Club membership benefits at UK Kathmandu stores.

PRIVACY STATEMENT:

• Personal information that you supply Kathmandu to join its Summit Club membership is only used by Kathmandu to send you information about Kathmandu products, and/or share outdoors, travel and adventure information.
• Kathmandu will not share your personal information to other organisations, except third party companies which provide services on our behalf, such as website hosting, mailing and sending information about our products and special offers. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
• If you have supplied your email address, Kathmandu may email you information/offers from time to time. Kathmandu will always provide you with the option to stop these emails in future to protect your privacy.
