Delivery policy:

There is free delivery for all UK orders over £50. Postage is charged at just £3.99 for orders below £50. We aim for delivery in 3 working days.

Warranty:

All Kathmandu products carry a full warranty against defects in materials and construction. If any of our product(s) are faulty we commit to meeting our obligations under the sale and supply of goods to consumers regulations 2002 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

When returning warranty claim products to a UK store that were originally purchased in Australia or New Zealand, Kathmandu will repair the product; or exchange for same product if a current UK stock item
