We stand by the quality of our products and will work with you for a resolution; if any of our products are deemed to be faulty we will meet our obligations under the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers' Regulations 2002 and the Sales of Goods Act 1979.

You can also take your item into one of your local Kathmandu Stores where one of the management team can assess.

When returning warranty claim products to UK stores or Mail Order that were originally purchased in Australia or New Zealand, Kathmandu will repair the product; or exchange for the same product if it is a current UK stock item (subject to availability).
