Can't be at home to receive your delivery? Click & Collect is now available from our Kensington High Street Store, Covent Garden, Spitalfields or our Bristol Store.
Kathmandu’s Click & Collect service allows you to choose how you receive your gear that is convenient for you.
If you spend £30.00 or more with us in a single transaction, we will deliver this to you for FREE! Under this and your delivery will be charged at £4.00.
We use Parcel Force services to deliver this item where and when you need it. All orders can be tracked via their website www.parcelforce.com.
When we despatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. This email includes the freight provider we have used and a unique number that allows you to track your purchase.
Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. We will not leave an order without a signature. Remember to create an account online and utilise the address book. You can have multiple address’s loaded and select these when checking out. This will ensure you will be available to receive your order.
If you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to collect or rearrange delivery of your order.
If there are specific instructions please ensure that you enter these at the time of processing your order.

If you are in a residential area please allow 1 – 3 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.
We use UPS services to deliver international orders. All orders can be tracked via their website www.ups.com.
Our international delivery costs are calculated depending on country location. Please refer to the table below to see the delivery costs for each country zone.

Shipping outside of Europe? We now offer international delivery to USA, Canada and selected Asia-Pacific countries from our New Zealand website. Shop Kathmandu New Zealand.
International orders from kathmandu.co.uk operate in pounds sterling (GBP). The exchange rate is determined by international credit card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or adminstration charge. The international credit card holder is liable for this.
If you are in a residential area please allow 5 – 7 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.
All international orders can be tracked via the UPS website www.ups.com.
Duties and Customs
There is no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Our online shopping at Kathmandu.co.uk currently does not deliver to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders.
Some items due to domestic and international legislation cannot be transported through our delivery provider. This includes (but not limited to) highly flammable items, aerosols, butane, blades, first aid kits, matches or any dangerous articles.

Packages do not ship on the following holidays:

- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Early May Bank Holiday
- Spring Bank Holiday
- Queen’s Diamond Jubilee
- Summer Bank Holiday
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
Please allow additional delivery times of up to 2 business days, if your order is placed on any of the above public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
When placing an international order with Kathmandu, the purchaser and/or the recipient are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. As legislation and policies vary widely from country to country, you should refer to your local governmental sources for confirmation. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
If a product needs to be placed on back order to fulfil your request or is delayed beyond our control, we will notify you by email. If this occurs you will have the option to request a refund for the affected items.
During our major sale periods you may experience delays in receiving your order. Whilst we endeavour to have this to you in the time frames stated, please accept our apology in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will notify you of any delays or back ordered items via email.
What happens with Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels?
By accepting our terms you agree to appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the products on your behalf. Delivery to the courier service shall be deemed delivery to you.
However, if you require our assistance, please contact our Customer Service team, who may be able to advise you further or initiate an investigation with the courier, on your behalf.
