To purchase any products from our range please visit one of our stores (see Store Locations for addresses and opening hours) or call our Mailorder Team on 0800 066 5018. Mailorder and stores are open available 7 days a week except for Christmas Day.
Payment:
Mailorder and stores accepts payment by all major credit and debit cards except AMEX and Diners Club.
For mailorder, an additional postage and packing charge of £4.50 on orders under £25 to UK mainland addresses will apply and all orders are dispatched through TNT and require signature at delivery. International delivery options are available and postage costs will be quoted at the time of ordering and dependant on final destination.
A Sales Receipt is included with all orders; please retain this as your proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required when exchanging or returning any products, and for warranty claims.
Availability:
While we endeavour to ensure our complete range is available, all styles, sizes and colours are subject to availability at time of visit.
Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from our stores. If you wish to return or exchange a product to us for any reason you may do so within 90 days of the date of purchase. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, undamaged packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can return or exchange goods at any Kathmandu store in the UK but must present your receipt as proof of purchase. If you choose to receive a refund, the store will refund the price of the product(s) as shown on your receipt, to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. Alternatively, you may exchange product(s) for goods of equal value, for which you will receive a new receipt.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene we cannot exchange or accept a return on underwear or swimwear, with the exception of faulty merchandise.
Please also be aware that refunds cannot be given on gift voucher purchases. This does not affect your legal rights.
Warranty:
All Kathmandu products carry a full warranty against defects in materials and construction. If any of our product(s) are faulty we commit to meeting our obligations under the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
When returning warranty claim products to a UK store that were originally purchased in Australia or NZ, Kathmandu will repair the product; or exchange for same product if a current UK stock item.
