Do you have a sense of adventure?  Kathmandu is a highly successful Australasian brand-led lifestyle retailer selling clothing and equipment for travel and adventure.  New to the UK with exciting plans for expansion, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about retail for management positions in our central London stores. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company poised for significant growth and offers excellent prospects for development.  

These are demanding but rewarding roles and applicants should already have significant retail management experience. A passion for travel and the outdoors is preferable but not essential.  Candidates must demonstrate the following:  

• Proven leadership qualities and the ability to recruit, develop and inspire the team
• Identify business opportunities and drive sales in order to meet sales targets while controlling staffing and other expenditure
• A commitment to the delivery of high standards of customer service in order to meet customer service goals
• Exceptional merchandising skills and commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
• Ability to create meaningful store reports of staff and stock performance
• Effective management of stock with an ability to identify and control areas of potential stock loss
• Ability to plan and prioritise your time to manage workloads
• Motivation, enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
